Our People
We recognise that the success of our business is dependant on having a fully trained, competent, committed and loyal workforce.
Our scaffolders are highly qualified and undergo continuous training. They have many years of experience working on many of London's most famous landmarks and infrastructure and a number of our scaffolders have specialist expertise, such as working with asbestos, working over water and the rail network.
We employ Health and Safety consultants to assist our management. This ensures we are fully compliant with industry standards and expectations.
TFL is a commercial scaffolding company offering bespoke scaffolding solutions to clients large or small who demand work of the highest calibre.
We are trusted to work on London’s landmark buildings and prestige projects from Crossrail to historical sites such as Buckingham Palace, BBC Television Centre, Selfridges, Claridges, Battersea Power Station, Wembley Stadium and Admiralty Arch amongst many others.

Case Study - Cost Control
CUSTOMER: McGee/Dawnus/CDC
SECTOR: High End Residential

THE PROJECT
This project involved the conversion of an existing library and chapel into high end luxury apartments and houses.
The major structural work was carried out by McGee with the follow-on and fitting out works by Dawnus and CDC.
OUR CONTRIBUTION
We were initially engaged by McGee to provide all the access scaffolds, heavy duty crashdecks, gantries, temporary roof etc to allow them to carry out their major structural works.
This allowed us to ‘showcase’ our ability and competence to both Dawnus and CDC, with whom we had never worked with prior to this project.
OUR APPROACH
By understanding our clients’ needs we are able to focus on finding a solution together.
Our ability to work on a complex project, requiring detailed planning and programming, allowed us to achieve the goals set by our clients.
We worked with Dawnus and CDC to draw up priced scaffolding schedules to assist with cost planning and final account projections. Another complex project completed on time and within budget.
We pride ourselves on our ‘pro-active’ approach to collaborative working and problem solving.
